Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev is one of the largest technical universities in Russia. History and establishment time

The university was founded on March 5, 1932. It was formerly known as the Kazan Aviation Academy, which was one of the earliest aviation academies established during the Soviet Union. In 1973, the academy was named after aircraft designer Andrei Nikolayevich Tupolev. In 1992, the Kazan Aviation Institute was renamed Kazan State Technical University with the approval of the Russian Ministry of Education.

Teaching Achievements: From 1947 to 1955, Kazan Technical University trained thousands of aviation professionals at the undergraduate, master and doctoral levels for Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, Czechoslovakia, Poland, North Korea, China and other countries.
