History of the school: Founded in 1982 by the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe of the Lake Superior Chippewa Nation, it aims to provide educational services to the tribe and the local Hayward community.
Location: Located in Hayward, Wisconsin, USA, it is located in the countryside, with a beautiful and quiet environment, providing students with a good learning and living environment.
School Type: Public tribal land grant community college, one of only two tribal colleges in Wisconsin.

Student Size: The average enrollment is about 550, of which more than one-third of the students are enrolled in four outreach sites including Odana, Bayfield, Hertel and Lac du Flamont.
