School Overview Chengdu Textile College is a public full-time higher vocational college organized by the Sichuan Provincial Government and directly under the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. Its predecessor was the National Central Technical College founded in 1939. The school is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 1,153 acres, with Xipu Campus (613 acres) and Qionglai Industry-Education Park (540 acres).
