The school is the chairman unit of the Chinese President Committee of Shanghai Cooperation University and the chairman unit of the Confucius Institute Cooperation University Alliance of Liaoning Province. It has an exchange base for Chinese and Russian university students of the Ministry of Education, an innovative practice base for high-level international talent training of the Ministry of Education, and an international language exchange and cooperation center. The Chinese Education Practice and Research Base, the Liaoning Province International Foreign Language Talent Training Model Innovation Experimental Zone and other international platforms have cooperated with the World Russian Language Foundation to build a Russian language center.
