Introduction

Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, or the Financial University of the Russian Federation, is one of the top five universities in Russia and one of the earliest universities in Russia to train economists, financiers, bankers and financial lawyers.

History

In 1918, its predecessor was established by the Russian Government in the Ministry of Finance. It was originally an academy for training financial and banking professionals. It was later renamed the Advanced Financial Academy. In 1996, the School of Budget and Treasury Management was established on this basis. In 2006, it was renamed the Russian Government Academy of Finance and Economics. In 2010, it was awarded university status.

Teaching facilities: The main campus in Moscow consists of 14 colleges, 40 departments, 3 research institutes, 2 high schools, 2 research centers, 2 training and scientific laboratories, and a network of regional offices (11 branches and 4 offices in 7 regions of Russia). In addition, the school also has its own independent school hospital, equipped with a professional medical center.

Dormitory conditions: dormitory life is convenient, with 24-hour security, equipped with furniture, bedding, 24-hour hot water, electricity, heating and high-speed network cable full coverage, indoor sports and fitness facilities, the whole school is semi-closed management, access card or student ID card to ensure the safety of students' accommodation, bedding is regularly changed and distributed by the school, washing machines, small restaurants are all available, physical examinations are required for admission, and people with infectious diseases are not allowed to stay.

Campus safety: The university campus and dormitory area are fenced and have security systems, 24-hour uninterrupted patrols, all buildings are equipped with advanced fire safety facilities and camera monitoring, and an electronic access card system is implemented at the entrance. There is also a university police station within the campus to maintain public order.
