School Overview
History of the school: On October 19, 1964, local residents voted to build it. Classes began on September 20, 1965. The main campus was established in 1968. In 1969, the new campus was opened by Oregon Governor Tom McCall.
Campus size: The main campus is located on 30th Avenue in Eugene. There are branches in downtown Eugene, Florence, Cottage Grove, and Lane Aviation Academy at Eugene Airport. The service area is 5,000 square miles, covering most of Lane County and individual school districts in Benton, Linn and Douglas counties.
Number of students: In the 2017-2018 school year, the total number of students was 25,793, and the full-time student equivalent was 8,295.

Sports League: Northwest Athletic League, the mascot is Ty the Titan.
Academic Education
Professional Courses: A variety of associate degree programs are offered, covering accounting, administrative assistant, automotive technology, computer programming, culinary arts, dental assistant and other majors, as well as online courses including physical anthropology, cultural anthropology, etc.
Faculty: In the fall of 2017, there were 198 contract teachers and 275 part-time teachers.
Teaching Achievements: It is a member of the Community College Innovation Consortium and has been accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges. It has high education quality and relatively low tuition.
