History and Founding Time
Founded in 1966, it was originally named Virginia Marti College of Fashion and Art. It was founded by the famous fashion designer Virginia Marti-Veith. In 1970, it developed into an associate degree program in fashion design. It moved to its current location in 1985 and underwent major renovations and expansions in 2003. In 2018, it was renamed The North Coast College.
