Tiffin University is a private comprehensive university located in Tiffin, Ohio, USA. History and Founding Time
The school was founded in 1888 and was originally a financially independent business school of Heidelberg College, teaching popular business courses at the time. In 1917, the school moved to downtown Tiffin and was named after Edward Tiffin, the first governor of Ohio, and officially changed its name to Tiffin University. In 1939, the school was transformed into a non-profit university.
