History:

The campus was founded in 1962 by the Western Ohio Education Foundation to support higher education in Mercer and Oglala counties, Ohio.

It became a branch of Wright State University in 1969.

Location: Located in Jefferson Township, Ohio, between Celina and St. Marys, the campus is located on the north shore of Lake St. Marys, 7600 Lake Campus Drive, Celina, OH 45822.

Academic Programs:

Discipline: Provides education in a variety of disciplines, including general education courses, certificate programs, associate degrees, bachelor's degrees, and master's degrees in business administration.

Joint degrees: Nine degrees are jointly awarded by the Lake Campus and the main campus of Wright State University in Fairborn. At the same time, the school participates in the Ohio Transfer Module, which facilitates students to transfer credits between public colleges and universities in Ohio.

Academic Buildings: Dwyer Hall is centrally located on campus and houses classrooms, computer labs, science labs, cafeteria, bookstore, student services staff, and faculty and administrative offices.

Accommodation: Campus housing consists of three apartment buildings located on the west end of the campus, accommodating 96 residents, including Knapke Villa, East Villa, and West Villa, all of which are townhouses located on the shores of Lake St. Marys.

Student Activities: The school will host a variety of activities, such as community engagement parties, to enrich students' extracurricular life.

Rankings and Recognition: It has a good performance in some rankings, such as ranking third in "The Best Value Bachelor's Colleges in Ohio in 2020".
