Basic Overview
Establishment: Its history can be traced back to the University of Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland established in 1964, and became the independent University of Eswatini in June 1982.

Campus Distribution: There are three campuses, namely Luyen Go Campus, Mbabane Campus and Kwaluseni Main Campus.
Student Size: There are about 7,000 undergraduates and 300 postgraduates.
History
In 1964, the predecessor of the university, the University of Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland, was established. In 1975, the Lesotho campus withdrew and the school became the University of Botswana and Swaziland. In 1982, the University of Eswatini was officially established as an independent school.

Faculty: There are about 298 administrative staff and faculty members who provide teaching and guidance to students.
Discipline Coverage: The eight faculties cover multiple fields such as agriculture, business, education, health sciences, humanities, science and technology, and social sciences.
Research Results: The school has many research centers and institutes, and also publishes journals such as the "Journal of Agricultural, Scientific and Technological Research at the University of Eswatini".
