Anhui Vocational and Technical College of Mining was founded in 2009. It is an institution with two brands together with Anhui Huaibei Coal and Electricity Technician College. The college is located in Yingshan Middle Road, Xiangshan District, Huaibei City, with a construction area of 146,400 m2. It has more than 4,000 students in secondary and higher vocational schools, 16 secondary institutions, and more than 230 faculty and staff on the job, including 1 representative of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, 1 representative of the 13th National People's Congress, 1 representative of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, 3 national model workers, and 2 winners of the Chinese Skills Award. There is a first-class internship and training base in the country on campus, with a total construction area of 23,800 square meters. There are 78 internship and training rooms for intelligent comprehensive mining, industrial robots, drones, etc., covering more than 30 types of training jobs, with a total value of more than 79 million yuan, which fully meets the needs of teaching, training, scientific research and talent training.
