Cangzhou Preschool Teachers College is a public full-time general college approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province and registered by the Ministry of Education. It implements college-level education. It is a famous historical school with a glorious revolutionary tradition. Its predecessor was the "Zhili Provincial No. 9 Normal School" founded in September 1925. After the founding of New China, it was renamed "Hebei Botou Normal School"; in July 2000, it was renamed Cangzhou Normal College Botou Branch, and began to recruit full-time college students and hold university college education; in April 2009, it was upgraded and rebuilt into Botou Vocational College; in May 2021, it was renamed "Cangzhou Preschool Teachers College".
