[Development History] Chongqing Engineering Vocational and Technical College is a full-time general higher vocational school organized by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and supervised by the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission. The school was founded in 1951, held higher vocational education in 1998, was upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2001, built 100 national demonstration higher vocational colleges in 2010, and built a national high-quality higher vocational college in 2019.
