Chongqing Yitong College (formerly Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications Yitong College) was established in 2000. It is a full-time general undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. German Engineering College was established in 2008. It has two undergraduate majors of electrical engineering and automation and mechanical design, manufacturing and automation approved by the Ministry of Education. It cooperates with Heidelberg University of Applied Sciences and North Hessen University of Applied Sciences in Germany respectively.
