Fujian Preschool Teachers College originated from Fuzhou Xiehe Preschool Normal School established in 1915. It is the second preschool normal school in the country. It has a history of running schools for a hundred years and is a pioneer and leader in preschool education and primary school art education in Fujian Province. It enjoys the reputation of "Fujian Youth Zhengyuan".
