Fuzhou Science and Technology Vocational and Technical College was founded in 2001. It is a non-profit, full-time private general higher vocational college approved by the Fujian Provincial People's Government and filed with the Ministry of Education. Now it is recruiting students uniformly across the country, with a combined liberal arts and sciences program. The schooling lasts for three years and is at the junior college level.
