Guangdong Administrative Vocational College is a provincial public higher vocational college, which was formed by the integration of the former Guangdong Administrative Vocational College and the former Guangdong Youth Vocational College. There are two campuses, Huadu and Baiyun. The Huadu campus is located at No. 28, Yingbin Avenue West, Huadu District, Guangzhou, and the Baiyun campus is located in the Higher Vocational Park, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou. The total area of the campus is more than 500 acres, and the building area of the school is 160,000 square meters. The campus environment is fresh and beautiful, the teaching conditions are perfect, the teaching management is standardized, and the living facilities are complete. It is an ideal choice for young students to study and become talents. The new school inherits the fine traditions of the original two schools, realizes a strong combination, and greatly improves the school conditions, professional construction, faculty, and teaching level. The school currently has 9 teaching departments, including the School of Public Administration, the School of Finance and Business, the School of Electronic Information, the School of Computer Science, the School of Foreign Languages, the School of Culture and Art, the School of Marxism, the School of Continuing Education, and the Department of Public Courses. There are 28 majors for enrollment in 2023, including party work, youth work and management majors that highlight the characteristics of "party affairs" and "youth", and the newly opened cross-border e-commerce major. The school has distinctive characteristics, with 4 majors supported by the central government, 3 provincial brand majors, 4 provincial high-level professional groups, and 1 provincial public training center. The school has a well-structured, high-quality, and vigorous teaching staff, with more than 400 full-time and part-time teachers, including 7 "South Guangdong Excellent Teachers", 6 provincial high-level skilled teachers, 75 senior professional teachers, 114 "double-qualified" teachers, and 1 "three gold athletes". The school has excellent internship and training conditions, and has carried out school-enterprise cooperation with more than 70 companies such as Huawei, Baidu, Alibaba, Country Garden, and Guangdong Xinhua Publishing Group. The two professional groups of party affairs management and youth work and management have become distinctive and domestically leading professional groups; the two professional groups of administrative management and exhibition planning and management have become provincially leading and domestically well-known professional groups; the two professional groups of international economics and trade and e-commerce have become professional groups with advanced concepts and provincially well-known.
