Guangdong Peizheng College was founded in 1993. Formerly known as Private Peizheng Business College, it is a non-profit full-time private undergraduate general college approved by the state. In 2005, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education and renamed Guangdong Peizheng College. In 2009, it obtained the right to confer undergraduate bachelor's degrees, passed the undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation of the Ministry of Education in 2012, and passed the undergraduate education and teaching review and evaluation of the Ministry of Education in 2018. The school was founded by the first chairman, Mr. Liang Shangli. Liang Shangli, Lin Xiutang, Chen Huchang, Liu Rongju, He Houhuang, Chen Guoqiang, He Zidong, Xie Shirong, He Miaoer, Yang Yongde, Pan Zheng and other Peizheng alumni at home and abroad, social elites, and organizations such as the Ho Sin Hang Charitable Foundation, the Starr Foundation, and Yuexiu Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. donated a total of more than RMB 80 million to run the school, which served as the main operating funds when the school was founded and laid the foundation for the school. The school is located on the shore of the picturesque Jiyi Lake in Chi Ni Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou. The campus covers an area of nearly 1,000 acres. The buildings named after the main donors in the lush forests are ingenious and well-arranged, forming the school's unique cultural landscape, creating a natural, quiet and comfortable learning environment for students.
