Guangxi Modern Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1978 and is a comprehensive public general college. There are more than 13,000 students currently enrolled, with 10 teaching units including the School of Intelligent Metallurgy, the School of Teacher Education, the School of Physical Education and Art, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, the School of Information Engineering, the School of Business, the School of Civil Engineering, the National Defense College, the School of Marxism, and the School of Continuing Education. Guangxi Modern Vocational and Technical College is located in Hechi City.
