Guangzhou Huali College (formerly Guangdong University of Technology Huali College) was founded in 1999. Approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004, it became the first batch of independent colleges in Guangdong Province to fully implement undergraduate education. In 2021, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it will be transferred to Guangzhou Holley College. The school currently has two campuses, Guangzhou Zengcheng and Jiangmen Yinhuwan.
