Hebei Women's Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1948 and is affiliated to the Hebei Provincial Women's Federation. It is a public full-time general higher vocational college approved by the provincial government and registered by the Ministry of Education. It is the first provincial women's cadre school in the country, the only one in Hebei Province and one of the six public female education colleges in the country.
