School Profile Heilongjiang Ice and Snow Sports Vocational College is a public higher vocational college registered with the Ministry of Education, approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, and supervised by the Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Bureau. The college is close to the beautiful Songhua River, located in a national wetland protection area and a national eco-tourism demonstration area, with a total construction area of 600,000 square meters. The college has institutions such as the Heilongjiang Sports Trauma Rehabilitation Hospital and the Harbin National Fitness Center. At the same time, it undertakes the national social sports instructor training and the Heilongjiang Provincial First-level Social Sports Instructor Training. It is responsible for the Heilongjiang Provincial Secondary Vocational School's corresponding sports and rehabilitation technology skills examinations and the national sports single-recruitment examination winter events (speed skating, short track speed skating) organization work.
