Huanghe Science and Technology College was founded in 1984. Its headquarters is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. It is a private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. The school has successively become the first private college in China, the first private college with a party committee in China, and the first private undergraduate college in China. In 2008, the school successfully passed the evaluation of undergraduate teaching work of ordinary colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, and the expert group called it "shocked and shocked".
