Huashang College of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is a full-time undergraduate general college organized by Shanxi University of Finance and Economics in accordance with the new mechanism and new model. The college is located in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, a famous historical and cultural city. The college is close to the main campus of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics. It has advanced infrastructure, excellent school conditions, superior geographical location, convenient transportation and beautiful environment. The college has 20 general undergraduate majors including economics, international economics and trade, finance, insurance, finance, logistics management, business administration, accounting, accounting (for certified public accountants), financial management, administrative management (for civil servants), human resources management, auditing, financial engineering, asset evaluation, business English, law, social sports guidance and management, marketing, and tourism management, covering five disciplines of economics, management, law, literature and education. There are 5,866 students in the school. The teaching quality of Huashang College has been improving year by year. In Wu Shulian's independent college rankings in 2014 and 2015, Huashang College of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics is the only teaching type I school in Shanxi Province.
