Hunan University of Arts and Sciences Furong College is an independent college for full-time general undergraduate education approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government in 2002, organized by Hunan University of Arts and Sciences and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. In 2004, it successfully passed the special inspection and acceptance of the Ministry of Education on school conditions and teaching level. The college is located in Changde City, Hunan Province, an international wetland city, a national sanitary city, an excellent tourist city in China, and a "city in the Peach Blossom Spring".
