Ji'an Preschool Teachers College is a public full-time general college managed by the Ji'an Municipal People's Government. The school is based on the educational and artistic resources of Ji'an Vocational and Technical College. It was planned in May 2019 and approved by the provincial government in April 2023; it was registered with the Ministry of Education in May 2023. The school is located at No. 131, Ji'an South Avenue, Jizhou District, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 492 acres and a school building area of 173,000 square meters. It is approved to open 9 majors including preschool education, early education, primary education, music education, art education, dance performance, infant and toddler childcare services and management, applied English, and calligraphy and painting. There are more than 300 faculty and staff, 5,551 students, 90 teaching and training rooms, 300,000 books, 53 off-campus education practice bases and 1 affiliated kindergarten. The school focuses on training preschool teachers and primary school teachers as a supplement, while taking into account the development of non-teacher education majors, cultivating application-oriented teaching talents and skilled professional talents, and strives to build a nationally renowned and provincially leading junior college of early childhood education.
