At the same time, it has established a resource pool of 117 part-time teachers composed of engineering and technical personnel and managers from industry enterprises, and initially constructed a five-level ladder for teacher growth. Strengthening enrollment and employment, the scale of full-time students has increased from 378 at the beginning of the school in 2016 to 9,283 in the fall semester of 2023. Among them, hundreds of students work in aviation-related central state-owned enterprises, large airlines and airports such as COMAC and AECC. Focusing on the integration of production and education, and conscientiously implementing the spirit of vocational education reform, the college took the lead in establishing the "Zhenjiang Aerospace Industry Development Promotion Association". Relying on the Zhenjiang Aerospace Industrial Park, it has established close cooperative relations with more than 100 enterprises including China Aerospace Development and China Commercial Aircraft Corporation, and other major aviation-related central enterprises. 32 directional classes and named classes such as "Large Aircraft Class" and "Tiangong International Class" have been established, and talent training plans have been jointly formulated with each enterprise. Attaching importance to students' adaptability, the "Five Centers and One Platform" including 63 on-campus experiments and training rooms have been built to strengthen professional quality training, promote aviation 6S management in the School of Aeronautical Engineering, and promote civil aviation service etiquette standards in the School of Aviation Flight, continue to carry out "semi-militarized" student management, and continuously strengthen the matching between the supply side and the demand side of talents. The "1+X" certificate pilot covers more than 70% of majors, becoming the first batch of pilot test sites for the two professional skill level certificates of flight attendants and drone pilots in Jiangsu Province. With the joint efforts of all teachers and students, the college's educational atmosphere has been continuously strengthened, and the "one training and three styles" have been condensed and formed, forming an educational culture of "party building red" leading "aviation blue", accumulating rich school-running experience and profound cultural heritage, and the school-running quality has been fully recognized and praised by all walks of life.
