Jiaozuo Normal College (referred to as "Jiaozuo Normal College") is a high-level higher vocational school and a high-level professional construction unit in Henan Province. The school was formerly known as the "Huaiqingfu Normal School" founded in 1907 (the 33rd year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty). It was one of the earliest institutions of teacher education in Henan Province. In March 2002, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to establish a junior college.
