Liaoning Metallurgical Vocational and Technical College (Bengang Party School) is a provincial full-time general higher vocational school established in January 2009 with the approval of Liaoning Provincial People's Government, the filing of the Ministry of Education, and Bengang Group on the basis of the reorganization of Bengang Workers' College and Liaoning Metallurgical Technician College. It is the only metallurgical higher vocational college in Liaoning Province. The college offers 27 majors, including intelligent steel metallurgical technology, intelligent steel rolling technology, electrical automation technology, and electromechanical equipment technology; it has built an on-campus training center and an off-campus training base with advanced facilities and equipment; it has a team of more than 400 full-time and part-time teachers composed of associate senior and master's degree or above and senior technicians from Bengang.
