Lijiang Vocational and Technical College was approved by the Yunnan Provincial People's Government and registered by the Ministry of Education in 2023. It is a full-time public comprehensive higher vocational college sponsored by the Lijiang Municipal People's Government. The college is located in the Lijiang Vocational Education Park on the east side of Lijiang Dayan Ancient City (a national historical and cultural city and a world cultural heritage). The park covers an area of 1,000 acres and a construction area of 152,600 square meters. It has first-class student dormitories, sports fields, and canteens. There are 14 professional training rooms. Equipped with teaching equipment worth more than 20 million yuan, there are 4 computer public training rooms, 130 computers, and perfect information conditions. There is a 60-station voice classroom, 39 off-campus internship and training bases, and the rate of experiments and training can reach more than 90%. The building area of the Graphic Information Center Building is 27,516.27 square meters. There are 113,360 paper books and 550,000 electronic books. The school invested 10 million yuan in the first phase to build health big data, infant care, homestay, new energy vehicles and artificial intelligence equipment training rooms.
