Liupanshui Preschool Teachers College is a full-time public general college approved by the People's Government of Guizhou Province in January 2018 and formally established in October 2019. The school is located on Yiduo Avenue, Yiduo Education City, Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City. It is adjacent to Liupanshui High-speed Railway East Station in the east, Liupanshui Expressway East Station in the west, and Yiduo Forest Park in the back. The planned area is 934 acres. The first phase of the school project has completed the teaching building, administrative center, library, training building, student activity center, weatherproof playground, canteen, student dormitory, and staff dormitory, with a construction area of 95,000 square meters. The construction of the second phase of the school project is being started.
