Luoyang Vocational College of Culture and Tourism is a public higher vocational (junior college) college approved by the Ministry of Education. The college was founded in May 2021 and is located in Luoyang City, Henan Province. The predecessor of the college was formed by the integration and merger of Luoyang Preschool Normal School and Luoyang Teachers' Continuing Education School. With the approval of the Luoyang Municipal Government and the Municipal Education Bureau, Luoyang Preschool Normal School was used as the main body to apply for the establishment of Luoyang Vocational College of Culture and Tourism. The main campus is located at No. 299, Yuquan Street, Yibin District, Luoyang City, covering an area of about 400 acres and a building area of more than 80,000 square meters; the old city campus is located at No. 8, Zhi'an South Street, Laocheng District, Luoyang City, covering an area of 113 acres and a building area of 45,000 square meters. The school's infrastructure and training rooms are well-equipped. The school currently has 351 faculty and staff and more than 9,000 students, including more than 6,000 higher vocational students and more than 3,000 secondary vocational students.
