Manzhouli Russian Vocational College is a public full-time general higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, registered by the Ministry of Education, and organized by the People's Government of Manzhouli City. It officially enrolled students in 2010. After its establishment, the college has been "co-built" with the Manzhouli College of Inner Mongolia University to share educational and teaching resources. The college is located in Manzhouli, a strategic node city of the "Belt and Road" and the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor. The college offers 21 majors, including applied Russian, big data and accounting, cross-border e-commerce, live streaming and operation, integrated media technology and operation, infant care services and management, modern secretarial work, visual communication design, calligraphy and painting art, environmental art design, tourism management, Western cooking technology, mechatronics technology, applied automobile inspection and maintenance technology, elevator engineering technology, computer application technology, computer network technology, artificial intelligence application technology, nursing, community management and services, and legal affairs.
