Meihekou Kangmei Vocational and Technical College is a full-time unified medical college approved by the People's Government of Jilin Province and registered with the Ministry of Education (national standard code: 14702). It recruits students nationwide. The college has been included in the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Establishment of Higher Education Institutions in Jilin Province" and has been approved by the Ministry of Education. It is planned to be converted into a "public" higher vocational college. The college is located in the southeast of Jilin Province, an important transportation hub and commercial port in the northeast region, an important node city in the central and eastern parts of Jilin Province, and a central city in the southeast region-Meihekou City, Jilin Province (Meihe New District).
