Nankai University Binhai College was established in 2004 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It is a full-time general undergraduate college jointly established by Nankai University and the People's Government of Tianjin Binhai New Area in accordance with a new model and mechanism. It is located in the Central Higher Education Park of Tianjin Binhai New Area. The college is an independent college established in accordance with the "Education Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Private Education".
