Qingdao Port Vocational and Technical College is located in Qingdao West Coast Economic Zone. It was founded by the Ministry of Transport in 1975. It is now under the jurisdiction of Shandong Provincial Department of Education and sponsored by Shandong Port Group. It is a state-owned full-time higher vocational college.
