Qingdao Hengxing Technology College was formerly known as Qingdao Hengxing Technology College. It was established in 2000 with the approval of the Qingdao Municipal Education Commission. In 2003, it was established as Qingdao Hengxing Vocational and Technical College with the approval of the Shandong Provincial People's Government.
