Champion culture, passed on from generation to generation Qitaihe Vocational College is located in Qitaihe, the national garden city in the northeastern border area, the city of Winter Olympic champions. Qitaihe City is located in the center of the eastern urban agglomeration of Heilongjiang Province, with convenient transportation.
