Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College is affiliated to the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce. It is the earliest and only full-time general higher vocational college in Shandong Province that specializes in foreign trade and economic education. The predecessor of the college was the Shandong Foreign Economic and Trade School founded in 1964 and the Shandong Foreign Economic and Trade Staff University founded in 1984. In 1988, it began to enroll ordinary junior college students. It was the first school of its kind in the province to offer ordinary junior college education. In the same year, the first batch of students of the international trade major established by Shandong University was trained by our college.
