Shanghai Construction Management Vocational College (SCMC) is a public full-time new higher vocational college approved by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is affiliated to the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management Committee and co-built and co-managed with the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. Join hands with Shanghai University and Shanghai Real Estate Science Research Institute to jointly build the "Shanghai Urban Renewal Technology Innovation Experimental Center"; build the "Shanghai Urban Renewal Industry-Education Integration Practice Center", based in Shanghai and radiating across the country, and jointly carry out scientific research, standard setting, experimental training base construction and professional construction in the field of urban renewal. The College of Innovative Diversified Development adheres to the principle of moral education, adheres to the principle of innovation, and provides high-quality vocational education that satisfies the people. It offers three-year junior college-level higher education for high school graduates and five-year continuous education for junior high school graduates. It mainly provides excellent talents for urban construction, intelligent construction, municipal engineering, smart city management, landscaping, art design, real estate operation and management and other fields. It has trained the 44th and 45th gold medals and the 46th winners of the flower art project of the World Skills Competition.
