Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Zhejiang College is jointly organized by Jinhua City Zhejiang Central Education Group and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. It is a full-time undergraduate independent college with independent legal personality and operated according to new mechanisms and new models. It was established in May 2008 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The college is one of the first batch of "undergraduate colleges for strengthening application-oriented construction pilots" in Zhejiang Province. It is located in Jinhua, a famous national historical and cultural city, one of the top ten livable cities in China, and the national e-commerce city. It is located in the Duohu Higher Education Park in Jindong District, Jinhua City. The planned area is 1,005 acres, the building area is nearly 210,000 square meters, and there are 823,000 paper books, teaching equipment and equipment worth 42.117 million yuan, 27 professional laboratories, and 63 teaching practice bases. It has initially formed a multidisciplinary system with financial majors as the main body and coordinated development of economics, management, literature, science, and engineering. There are more than 7,400 undergraduate students on campus, and the source of students covers 23 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country.
