Sichuan Technology and Business University is a comprehensive private undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education. The "School of Electronic Information Engineering of Sichuan Normal University" was founded in 2001. In 2004, it was established as an independent college "Sichuan Normal University Chengdu College".
