The Three Gorges Tourism Vocational and Technical College is a full-time comprehensive general vocational college approved by the Hubei Provincial Government and registered by the Ministry of Education. It has a history of more than 60 years. The school is located in the core area of Yichang Chengdong New District, adjacent to Yichang East Station, with convenient transportation. It now covers an area of 810 acres and a construction area of 210,500 square meters. The Yangtze River Three Gorges Tourism Development Company (Three Gorges Dam) training base jointly built by the school and the enterprise was rated as a provincial internship training base for Hubei universities by the Provincial Department of Education.
