Tianjin Ren'ai College, formerly known as Tianjin University Ren'ai College, was a full-time undergraduate general college jointly organized by Tianjin University and Tianjin Ren'ai Group in 2006 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. In February 2021, Tianjin University Ren'ai College was approved by the Ministry of Education to be renamed Tianjin Ren'ai College. Tianjin Ren'ai College fully relies on and gives full play to the resource advantages of Tianjin University, innovates the school-running mechanism, implements open-style school-running and diversified training, and its school-running level and talent training quality are among the best of similar colleges. In July 2013, our school successfully passed the standardized acceptance of the Ministry of Education as the first independent college in the country. In 2016, the school was awarded the Excellent Award for Teacher Team Construction of the National Private University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Demonstration School. In January 2022, the school was approved as a pilot unit for the "Blockchain + Education" in the national blockchain innovation and application feature field. In March 2022, the school party committee was selected as the creation and cultivation unit of the "Model University" for party building work in Tianjin.
