Tianjin University of Finance and Economics was founded in 1958 and is one of the earliest universities of finance and economics established in New China. It was established on the basis of Nankai University's economic management majors and has brought together a group of experts and scholars with high reputation in the field of economic management in universities in North China and Northeast China. The campus covers an area of nearly 1,400 acres and has more than 16,000 full-time students. It is one of the earliest institutions in my country to have the qualifications to hold academic education in cooperation with foreign countries and grant American MBA degrees. The MBA program and EMBA program have passed AMBA certification. It has been certified by the ACCA Platinum Education Institution of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom for eleven times. Cooperate with West Virginia University in the United States to organize undergraduate education programs in finance (energy finance).
