Tianjin University of Finance and Economics Zhujiang College was established in 2006. It is an undergraduate-level general college approved by the Ministry of Education and jointly established by Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and Guangdong Zhujiang Investment Co., Ltd. in accordance with the model and mechanism of independent colleges. The organizers of the college are strong. One of the organizers, Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, is one of the earliest financial universities established in New China. It has a 65-year history of running schools and has a profound accumulation. It is a key university in Tianjin and an important base for cultivating senior economic management talents in northern my country; the other organizer, Guangdong Zhujiang Investment Co., Ltd., is a large diversified enterprise group integrating ten business sectors including urban renewal, energy and infrastructure, commerce, industry, housing, education, medical care, culture, technology, and finance. In the 30 years since the company was founded, its investment map has spread across the country, with total assets of more than 360 billion yuan. It is committed to serving the society, giving back to the society, creatively solving social problems first, providing forward-looking solutions, and achieving the great ideal of "China's comprehensive social service provider". The college is located in Jingjin New City, Baodi District, Tianjin, next to the Chaobai River, with elegant scenery; close to the Jinji Expressway, with convenient transportation. The campus covers an area of nearly 900 acres and has complete infrastructure, including computer rooms, multimedia classrooms, language rooms, professional laboratories, etc. The library has a collection of 1.5752 million paper books, 158,700 electronic books, and 10,308 Chinese and foreign electronic journals. There are also standard track and field stadiums, gymnasiums, table tennis rooms, gymnasiums, football, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts and other sports facilities, providing excellent learning and living conditions.
