Wuhan Railway Bridge Vocational College is a full-time public general college approved by the People's Government of Hubei Province and registered by the Ministry of Education. It is held by the central enterprise China Railway Group Co., Ltd. and is the only bridge vocational college in the country. The college is located in China's bridge-building capital (Wuhan), on the banks of the scenic Maying River in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (Hannan District), with a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The college covers an area of 341 acres and a construction area of 94,000 square meters. The bridge engineering technology professional group was successfully selected into the list of "high-level professional group construction units (C file)" in Hubei Province. The railway bridge and tunnel engineering technology major is listed as a key major in the innovation and development action plan of the Ministry of Education, and the railway transportation operation management major is listed as a characteristic construction major in higher vocational education in Hubei Province. The college currently has 180 teachers on campus, including 138 full-time teachers, 42 part-time teachers, 85 teachers with associate senior titles or above, and 72 "dual-qualified" teachers; 6 visiting professors, and 5 "Chutian Skilled Teachers".
