Xi'an Siyuan University is a general undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education of China, a postgraduate joint training demonstration workstation university approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and other eight departments and committees, and the first private university in Shaanxi Province approved to enroll students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese.
