Xi'an Technology and Business College (formerly the North Information Engineering College of Xi'an University of Technology) is a private general college at the undergraduate level approved by the Ministry of Education with the right to confer bachelor's degrees. ●The school is located in Gaoling District, Xi'an City, on the bank of the Wei River, where eight rivers surround Chang'an.
