In order to ensure the quality of education and teaching, cultivate qualified talents, and adhere to the socialist direction of running schools, the college has established a sound administrative teaching management agency and organizations such as party committees, youth league committees, and labor unions. The employment rate has remained above 93% since 2013. 3. The development of the college reflects distinctive cultural characteristics (1) Medical professional characteristics. The medical professional characteristics of the modern college are unique among private education in the autonomous region. Characteristics are the basis for the survival of vocational colleges. The precious resource of modern colleges is rare. Although we have experienced difficulties in the development process, we have always firmly grasped the characteristics of medicine and never given up.
